Miami Wellness does not exclude people or treat them differently because of any of these protected characteristics.

Miami Wellness provides, free of charge:

  • Appropriate auxiliary aids and services, including qualified sign language interpreters and written information in alternate formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats), to people with disabilities so they may communicate effectively with us.
  • Language assistance services, including translated documents and qualified oral interpreters, to people whose primary language is not English.

Filing a Grievance

If you believe that Miami Wellness has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in another way on the basis of any protected characteristic, you can file a grievance with our Section 1557 Coordinator:
