Miami Wellness is committed to providing quality pain management care without discrimination on the basis of language or national origin. Our clinical and front-desk staff provide services directly in English and Spanish.

Filing a Complaint

If you believe you have been denied service or treated differently because of your national origin or language, please contact our Section 1557 Coordinator, Jose Aguayo, at frontdesk@miamiwellness.com or 786-808-8555. See our Notice of Non-Discrimination for the full grievance procedure and your right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights.
